By filling out these forms, every new lead will enter HubSpot automatically rather than manually. Each team member will receive a notification in the Leadrouting channel on Microsoft Teams and will see the lead in the HubSpot dashboard. In the case of New Business, the owner must be assigned manually.

  • Events: leads (both existing and new business) generated at trade shows (but also conferences, roadshows, etc.).
  • Customer Service: inquiries and demos (only Existing Business) received by Customer Service.
  • Direct Field Sales: leads (both existing and new business) generated by the Sales
